Research direction
Our research into intelligent agents includes agents, bots, and other forms of AI that may emerge. We explore how they can understand goals, use tools, and help carry out tasks with people involved, extending assistance from a single answer to the process itself. We focus on expressing goals, communicating during the process, and the usefulness of results, exploring collaboration that lets people adjust their needs and stay informed about progress.
